Create your account

Go to The sign-in screen (the app’s front door)

Tap Create an account and enter your name, email and a password. In a hurry? Use the Test login chip, or Explore the instant demo for a pre-filled salon.

Set up your salon

Go to The setup screen that appears right after sign-up

Name your salon and choose your country. From that one choice, nirvaga sets your currency, tax system (GST or VAT), the tax-ID it asks for, and how invoices are numbered.

Complete your salon profile

Go to Sidebar → Salon Profile (the dashboard also nudges you)

Add your address, state, GSTIN, phone and logo. These print on every invoice, so it’s worth doing once, first.

Review your price list

Go to Sidebar → Services

A starter menu is already loaded. Edit prices, tax rate and SAC codes, hide what you don’t offer, or add your own services.

Add your team

Go to Sidebar → Staff

Add each stylist with a commission %. Later you’ll see revenue billed and commission earned per person — automatically.

Book an appointment

Go to Sidebar → AppointmentsBook (or tap an empty slot)

Enter the customer, pick the services, and save. When they’re done, one tap turns the booking into a bill with everything pre-filled.

Create your first bill

Go to Sidebar → New Invoice

Enter the customer, then tap services onto the bill. CGST/SGST or VAT is worked out live. Set payment, then Save.

Print or share the invoice

Go to Opens automatically after you save

You get a proper tax invoice — tax IDs, SAC, rate-wise summary, amount in words. Hit Print / Save as PDF to hand it over.

Track your expenses

Go to Sidebar → ExpensesAdd expense

Log rent, stock, salaries and utilities, with GST input credit tracked per entry — so your profit and returns are the real numbers.

Read your reports

Go to Sidebar → Reports

Switch between Staff sales, a GST return summary and a Profit view. Export any of them to CSV for your accountant.

Control who sees what

Go to Sidebar → Team & access

Set each person’s role — Owner, Manager, Cashier or Stylist — with permissions you control, and invite teammates by email.

Sign in any time

Your salon and everything in it are remembered. Sign back in with your email and pick up exactly where you left off.

Add walk-ins in Appointments, and as each client finishes, raise the bill in New Invoice — tax and payment captured on the spot.
